    What will you be doing?

    The People Integration Delivery Manager will support the People Integration Workstream Lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering integration activities. The role is central to tracking progress, managing integration processes, producing project data, and ensuring integration tasks are completed to plan.

    We’re seeking a proactive and immediately available candidate to join our team on a temporary basis. This role supports an exciting integration programme, expected to run for approximately 9 months. Hybrid working arrangements apply, with some travel to Warwick and Stevenage as required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and monitor People integration activities, ensuring alignment with the overall programme.
    • Track key milestones, risks, and dependencies, reporting progress to the Workstream Lead and Integration Management Team.
    • Provide subject matter support on organisational design and integration processes, including documentation, timelines, and compliance.
    • Produce and analyse people data to support integration planning, reporting, and decision-making.
    • Work with Group wide colleagues, programme teams, and business leaders to ensure deliverables are achieved.
    • Contribute to People policy alignment, systems/data migration, and organisation design work as required.
    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.

    What you’ll bring

    • Significant HR experience within complex organisational change, including Organisational Design and ideally TUPE and M&A.
    • Strong project management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Analytical skills and confidence in handling HR data and reporting.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Must have experience in HR integration, transformation, or change programmes.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different stakeholders.
    • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, change environment.
