You’ll be joining our Highways team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?
- Manage all scheme resources and activities in line with SHWEQ requirements and investigate any non-compliance.
- Manage scheme programmes in line with planned targets.
- Complete all scheme CDM documentation and review sub-contract SHWEQ information.
- Ensure all cost outputs are controlled, monitored, and recorded.
- Undertake ECI meetings to assist scheme design and target cost processes
- Ensure all activities comply to specifications and commercial agreements.
- Undertake SHWEQ briefings and address any near misses and incidents.
- Monitor and record quality compliance against ITPs and benchmarks.
- Assist with target cost and road space management duties.
- Assist with contract winter maintenance duties as required.
What you’ll bring
- Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme
- NRSWA accreditation (New Roads and Street Works Act)
- Proven operational experience and relevant academic background
- HNC (Higher National Certificate) within a relevant subject
- CSCS card holder
