    We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. 

    Home Decarbonisation - We’re working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.
     
    This is a home based role but there will be a requirement for frequent travel to our offices in Sutton, Aylesbury and elsewhere across Britain.

    What will you be doing?  

    The role of the the Commercial Manger is pivotal for a commercially astute individual who will take ownership of all contracting and commercial governance across AgiltyEco. This role will bring discipline, structure and accountability to our commercial operations ensuring an effective centrally managed function whilst working effectively with key stakeholders across departments.
    The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in maximising the commercial performance of the business. They will partner with P&L leads and the broader leadership team to ensure commercial rigour in pricing, contracting and proposition development, balancing risk management with the pursuit of profitable growth.

    What you’ll bring  

    • Proven background in commercial contract management, ideally within a legal or procurement setting
    • Strong understanding of legal frameworks and commercial governance
    • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to lead on complex disputes and contractual issues
    • Experience of working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and model commercial data
    • Experience supporting or leading bid pricing and commercial modelling
    • Ability to balance governance with pragmatic business decision-making
    • Track record of improving profitability and commercial outcomes
