    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

    What will you be doing?

    To deliver ITIL‑aligned Capacity, Configuration and Asset Management, the role assesses the impact of all changes on the Capacity Plan and on service performance. It ensures proactive, cost‑effective measures are implemented to enhance service capability. Responsibilities include producing and maintaining an up‑to‑date Capacity Report reflecting current and future business needs, highlighting risks and efficiencies. The role identifies, controls, records, reports, audits and verifies all service assets and configuration items, including versions and relationships. It provides guidance across the business on capacity and configuration issues and ensures service performance meets agreed targets through effective capacity and configuration management.

    What you’ll bring?

    Strong knowledge of Capacity Management in Transmission and IP networks, including related hardware and software, is required. The role also demands expertise in asset and configuration management across large transmission and IP environments. Experience with telecoms principles and associated hardware is essential, along with familiarity using Salesforce and CMDB tools. A solid understanding of telecommunications technologies is needed to ensure all assets are fully captured, accurately recorded, audited, and maintained in line with configuration standards.
