    Where will you be working? 

    Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

    What will you be doing?

    You’ll oversee day‑to‑day site activities across multiple work fronts and coordinate labour, plant, and materials to meet programme requirements. You will ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and method statements and liaise with Site Engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow. You will also manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project plans.

    What you’ll bring

    Proven experience as a Works Manager, General Foreman, or similar construction leadership role.

    •            Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations
    •            Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations (e.g., CDM)
    •            Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
    •            Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
    •            Experience managing subcontractors and multi‑disciplinary teams
    •            NVQ Level 6/7, HNC/HND, or equivalent in Construction or Civil Engineering
    •            SMSTS or SSSTS certification
    •            First Aid at Work
    •            Experience with digital site management tools (e.g., FieldView, Procore, Aconex)
