    BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

    What will you be doing?
     
    You will develop clear daily, weekly and 4‑week workface plans that reflect project priorities and keep the team aligned.
     
    You will work closely with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to confirm readiness, remove obstacles and keep tasks moving.
     
    You will adjust plans quickly when work fronts shift or sequencing changes.
     
    You will turn M&E design details into simple, practical instructions everyone can follow.
     
    You will stay connected with Construction, Planning and Project Controls to keep information flowing.
     
    You will also support safe, reliable delivery by ensuring every workface plan includes the right HSE considerations.
     

    Whatyou'll bring: 

    • Awareness of 3D CAD and confidence navigating models
    • Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical installation
    • Comfortable using planning software, ideally P6 or Microsoft Project
    • Confident working on live construction sites and engaging with engineers and supervisors
    • Able to drive delivery, remove blockers and support productivity
    • Works well independently and within a wider team
    • Adapts quickly when access or priorities change
    • Flexible with hours during busy project periods
    • Experience with IChemE contracts (helpful, not essential)
    • Background in large industrial or process‑sector projects
    • Holds engineering or construction‑related qualifications
