    You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

    What will you be doing?

    You'll be working with the PFS Transport team to ensure maintenance & compliance are being delivered in line with current Policies & a clear consistent message is delivered.

    Ensuring all commercial vehicles defects are monitored, any risks identified must be reported to the Workshop Manager.

    We'll need you to be able to effectively communicate via phone, email or in person with supply chain partners and end users in relation to vehicle maintenance.

    You'll manage data and producing reports from company systems for the contract and working alongside the Workshop Administrator raising jobs and dealing with reactive work.

    What you’ll bring

    • Demonstrate knowledge of DVSA’s Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness and have experience of working within a commercial vehicle transport team
    • Show an understanding of Operator Licence compliance and safety.
    • Able to take ownership/responsibility and prove this though actions/ behaviours.
    • Must be customer focussed, have excellent communication skills, and be committed to deliver high standards of customer service.
    • You will be required to demonstrate your time management skills and how you would plan your day to ensure you meet all deadlines.
