    Where will you be working?

    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    This role is in our Marketing Communications department, our Marketing Communications team creates and shares key content and materials to inform and engage both existing and new clients, as well as keeping our people informed about what’s happening across our Group.

    What will you be doing?

    In this role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day copywriting support across the Group and its Divisions, planning and delivering content that keeps our communications running smoothly.

    Expect to create clear, engaging and people‑focused content for a wide range of channels — from intranet and web to media, reports, case studies, slide decks and more.

    Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll help uncover good news stories and project achievements, making sure they’re shared across the right platforms.

    You’ll also act as a subject matter expert on tone of voice and content standards, keeping our publication calendar up to date while ensuring accuracy, consistency and strong editing.

    Alongside the wider team, you’ll contribute to campaigns, bring forward new ideas for BAU and campaign content, support key audiences through responsive communication, and help shape purposeful content that aligns with business priorities.

    • Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, PR or a related field (or equivalent).
