    Where will you be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

    What will you be doing? 

    In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all day‑to‑day planning activities, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Your duties will include preparing essential documentation, updating project schedules, coordinating with technicians to ensure work is carried out effectively, and compiling comprehensive job packs.

    You'll also oversee the permit process, including submitting Street Works and Traffic Management applications. This will involve using various SharePoint platforms and corresponding with relevant stakeholders to ensure all required permits are secured in a timely manner.

    In addition, we'll need you to utilise our Asset Management system to log new jobs in line with contract requirements and manage each task from initial receipt through to completion. This includes ensuring that all information remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with project timelines.

    What you’ll bring 

    • Do you have Project Coordinator experience?
    • Have you got solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management?
    • Do you have proven Street works knowledge, including NRSWA and LANTRA, with experience in organizing works on rural and urban roads?
    • Have you got familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control?
    • Do you have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner?
    • Are you someone who is proficient with using Excel?
    • Are you highly organised with great people skills?
    • Do you hold a valid UK driving licence? This will be required due to the nature of the role.
