Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
Site Engineer experienced in accurate setting out, maintaining detailed site records, and supporting the safe, compliant delivery of civil engineering projects. Strong focus on enforcing Zero LTI standards, ensuring full CDM and RAMS compliance, and resolving technical challenges to deliver works on time, to specification, and within budget. Skilled in engaging with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and drive project excellence. Committed to supporting team development through mentoring and guidance of junior engineers.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: Minimum 3-6years proven site engineering experience, preferably within the water, wastewater industry.
- Qualifications: CSCS Card, SHEA Water/Wastewater, preferably CITB SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid/ NRSWA.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using surveying equipment, reading detailed technical drawings, and using Microsoft Office
