Where will you be working?
At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions
What will you be doing?
You will lead your team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and right the first time, acting as a trusted point of contact for the client.
You will champion excellent health, safety, environmental standards, and well‑being while creating a genuinely positive service experience.
You will work collaboratively to help the client meet key performance goals and maintain strong, open relationships.
You will take ownership of monthly CVR performance, partnering with senior leaders to achieve turnover and EBITDA targets.
Above all, you will build long‑lasting client relationships and provide thoughtful, effective solutions that truly support their needs.
Who you'll bring:
- Strong commercial awareness and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Appreciation for MEICA design and build projects, including modular off‑site approaches
- Supportive leadership experience within utility contracting or similar environments
- Commitment to continuous improvement and encouraging others to grow
- Clear understanding of CDM regulations and the responsibilities of each duty holder
- Helpful knowledge of standard form contracts, with NEC4 experience especially valued
