You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Programme Team with regards to updating the Contractor Plan across multiple workstreams and ensuring all submission deadlines are met
- Close liaison and continuous communication with other Project Managers within the business to ensure efficient operations and best utilisation of all resources in order to meet estimated outputs, deliver to programme, within budget to achieve correct financial return.
- Supporting the cyclical teams with regards to entering data into the Contractor Plan, reporting and monitoring on performance in line with contractual Key Performance Indicators
- Attending and taking minutes for internal team meetings and key client meetings
- Support the performance teams with regards to performance monitoring including providing daily updates on progress and risks
- Liaise with the delivery teams to update programmes with progress.
What you’ll bring
- Able to build and develop strong relationships internally and externally
- Organised and excellent admin skills
- Aptitude to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, with the means to produce quality records
- Able to learn and adapt to the use of internal systems
- Adeptness in the use of tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project is desirable
