  •  Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career; with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Want to come and be a part of it?

In this this is a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to play a key role in launching a major new contract, with the potential to move into a permanent position or another role within the business. The role offers flexible location within England, with regular travel as required to support mobilisation activity on the ground. We’re seeking someone who can bring momentum, structure, and confidence to a complex start-up environment, ensuring a smooth and well-controlled transition into live operations.

    What will you be doing?

You will lead the end-to-end mobilisation of engineering and logistics operations for a major new contract, ensuring everything is fully operational from day one. Sitting at the centre of delivery, you’ll coordinate field engineering teams, supply chain activities, and supporting systems to create a seamless transition into live service. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will drive mobilisation planning, manage critical dependencies, and ensure that people, materials, equipment, and processes are aligned and ready.

You’ll oversee engineering readiness by ensuring resource plans match demand, teams are trained and equipped, and operational standards are embedded ahead of go-live. In parallel, you’ll mobilise logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory planning, supplier readiness, and distribution processes, ensuring materials are available and flowing efficiently. You’ll own the integrated mobilisation plan, control progress against milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep delivery on track. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring a controlled go-live and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

    What you’ll bring?

    • You’ll have a proven track record within engineering operations, field service, or logistics environments
    • Experience mobilising or scaling delivery capability for new contracts or programmes
    • You’ll bring a strong understanding of field engineering operations and supply chain/logistics management
    • Confidence managing interdependencies between operational delivery and supply chain activity
    • A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, with a willingness to get close to the detail
    • You’ll be a strong planner and problem-solver, able to translate complex mobilisation activity into clear, executable plans
    • We’d want you to be proactive in identifying risks early and putting practical mitigations in place
    • You’ll be comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders while staying focused on delivery outcomes

    What’s in it for you?
