Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
An operations Manager role is available within the Telecoms Division at M Group Ltd. This position plays a key part in the safe and effective delivery of telecoms services. A strong focus is placed on people, performance, and long-term value.
Service and contract delivery will be overseen to agreed standards. Cost, time, quality, and safety expectations will be met through careful planning and control. Contract performance will be reviewed and improved where needed. Risk to delivery and margin will be identified early and managed in a controlled way.
High health and safety standards will be maintained at all times. Site inspections will be carried out on a regular basis. Safe ways of working will be checked and reinforced. Issues will be addressed quickly and lessons will be shared.
Positive relationships with suppliers and Local Authorities will be built and maintained. A fair and open approach will be applied at all times. Long-term partnerships will be supported to enable stable delivery.
Contract measures will be met in line with agreed targets. Service levels will be tracked, and potential issues will be addressed early. Full compliance with contract terms will be maintained.
Clear updates will be provided to managers and clients. Progress, risks, and actions will be shared in a clear and simple way. Guidance will be provided on delivery methods, and multi-skilled teams will be supported to meet shared goals.

What you’ll bring;

Flexibility will be required to meet business needs. Travel to sites will be accepted when needed. Working outside normal hours will be supported where this is required for delivery.
Strong organisation skills will be evident. Tasks will be prioritised in a busy environment. Pressure will be handled in a controlled and professional manner.
