    M Group Highways

    At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

    You’ll be joining our Civils projects team - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach.

    What will you be doing?

    You'll supervise and manage construction works for the Project team. Using your experience to suggest suitable construction methods.

    You'll carryout all briefing and putting operatives to work, ensuring the highest possible Health, Safety & Environmental standards.

    We'll ask you to build a good relationship with the client to meet their expectations.

    You'll coach and mentor staff and operatives, supervising and put to work site yardmen. 

    Ensuring quality procedures and compliance and notifying site team of issues on site and suggestions of how to overcome them.

    We'll ask you to work with the Site Agent in monitoring HSEQ aspects of the project.

    You'll keep a full diary of site activities and have input into planning process reporting on progress to date and blockers and movers.

    • Ideally:
    • NVQ - Level 5 +
    • First Aid

    •  Managing health, safety and green -Communicates a compelling and inspired health and safety vision
