Where will you be working?
At M Group Technology & Communications Division, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be supporting our Fixed Networks Division, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
Join M Group Ltd’s Technology and Communications Division as an Account Manager within our UK Fixed Network business. You’ll support a varied client base, acting as a trusted point of contact and building strong, lasting relationships.
You’ll manage existing accounts, ensuring high service standards while identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll also help spot and shape new business opportunities, working collaboratively across teams to drive success.
Our work covers the full lifecycle of next‑generation network delivery from planning and design to build and maintenance, including civil installation, cabling, splicing, connections and network improvements.
This role suits someone who enjoys relationship building, problem-solving and working collaboratively in a steady, supportive environment. We offer ongoing training and development to help you grow.
What you’ll bring;
You’ll bring a calm, considered approach to understanding our business and services, building insight over time to identify opportunities that support our long‑term growth. You’ll lead selected bids end‑to‑end, support fellow bid managers, and produce high‑quality proposals and presentations in collaboration with wider teams, including Marketing. Your market insight will shape future services, and you’ll represent the business confidently at key events.
Client & Account Management
You’ll develop strong relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted point of contact. By understanding their structure, challenges and goals, you’ll spot opportunities to expand our work and ensure we engage at the right time. Working closely with Commercial teams, you’ll help guide client strategy, manage leads and maintain a clear focus on contract scope and growth.
Collaboration & Delivery
Partnering with Commercial and Operational teams, you’ll support live contracts, manage issues calmly and protect our reputation. You’ll share client insight with senior leaders and ensure messaging stays aligned across Business Development and Account Management teams.
• Experience in telecoms or large-scale infrastructure
• Confident producing reports, bids and senior presentations
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation support skills
• Clear, confident communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Detail-focused with strong written and numerical skills
• Proactive in business development and committed to great client service
• Full driving licence (travel required)
