Role Purpose
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Assets & Logistics
Coordinator to manage the effective movement and tracking of equipment and
materials across operational projects. You will ensure assets are accurately
recorded, available when needed, and managed in line with company processes,
supporting efficient operations through reliable data, coordination, and
reporting while working closely with teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
What
will you be doing?
- Maintain accurate asset registers and inventory systems
- Track asset movements including deployment, transfer, return, repair, and disposal
- Reconcile stock and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate delivery, collection, and movement of equipment
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
- Monitor shipments and resolve routine logistics issues
- Produce reports on asset usage, stock, and performance
- Support procurement activities and ensure audit-ready processes
What you’ll
bring?
- You have experience in coordination, administrative, or
logistics/asset support roles
- You maintain accurate records, trackers, and data with
strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and manage multiple tasks and
priorities effectively
- You communicate confidently, both written and verbal
- You work within defined processes and deliver consistent,
reliable outputs
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders and external
suppliers
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- You have (or am keen to develop) experience with asset,
inventory, or ERP systems
- Understanding of logistics, warehouse, supply chain, audit,
and compliance activities
- Proactive, organised approach with a strong focus
on accuracy
- You confidently
coordinate activities and manage competing priorities
- You build effective working relationships across teams
- You follow processes
and deliver dependable outcomes
