You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating field teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
We'll need you to support reactive metering activities, fault response, and reinstatement works while carrying out site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance and performance.

You'll lead by example in promoting a strong health and safety culture, conducting site audits, toolbox talks, and safety briefings, while ensuring all RAMS are understood and followed. You'll also investigate incidents, report hazards, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Working closely with clients, DNOs, and internal stakeholders, you'll help resolve technical challenges, manage resources effectively, and ensure materials, plant, and labour are available to meet programme requirements.
You'll supervise operatives and contractors, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
