At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role is in our Mobile networks team, our team is responsible for keeping the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure across the Group. Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?
As our Head of Technical Services, you'll shape and lead a high-performing team at the heart of our telecoms division. You’ll provide strategic oversight, driving operational excellence across rigging and DICI delivery, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and commercially robust. This senior role bridges technical expertise with programme leadership—translating client demand into practical, high-impact programmes that deliver on time and to standard.
You'll champion effective planning, resource management and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with operational, commercial and technical specialists. Your mission? To embed strong governance, boost performance visibility and foster a culture of accountability and development.

What you’ll bring
To excel in this role, you'll need proven senior leadership experience in telecoms or complex technical delivery. You have a track record in managing large-scale programmes, operational dependencies, and budgets—always with a sharp commercial and financial focus. Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is your ability to inspire, influence, and lead at all levels. A background in telecoms network delivery, construction, rigging, or programme leadership will give you an edge. Most importantly, you combine strategic vision with practical know-how—delivering results while continuously improving how we work.
