    Where will you be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This is role responsible for the delivery of Developer Services activities, including new connections, service installations, mains laying, mains diversions and associated network infrastructure works.

    What you'll be doing?
      
    The Senior Planning & Scheduling Coordinator leads the effective planning and scheduling of activities across R&M, Developer Services, and Smart Metering programmes, ensuring compliance with AMP8, regulatory, and client requirements. The role supports operational performance by proactively managing workloads, optimising resource allocation, and driving productivity across planning and scheduling teams. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, managing recruitment, fostering stakeholder relationships, and supporting operational managers to achieve contract targets. The position promotes a strong health and safety culture, oversees performance improvement initiatives, manages budgets effectively, and delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring timely, compliant programme delivery.
