    • Participate in special projects from designing, building solutions, testing and implementation
    • Maintain compliance with SLAs, security standards, and governance, while supporting documentation, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    What you’ll bring

    • GCSEs Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English and a Level 3 qualification in IT or equivalent
    • An understanding and genuine interest of networking, internet protocols and cyber security
    • A flair for solving complex technical issues
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with proven team working and leadership abilities
    • Self-motivation, able to work on your own initiative and under pressure
    • Practical use of Microsoft Office applications
    • Full UK/EU Driving Licence

    What’s in it for you?

A career at Telent provides the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile infrastructure projects that keep the UK connected and protected 24/7.

    You’ll benefit from:

    • 34 days annual leave which includes all public bank holidays, with option to buy/sell annual leave
    • Company pension scheme
    • Access to the flexible benefits and wellbeing support portal
    • Family-friendly policies
    • Discounts on retail, leisure, and entertainment
