Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Successful Solution Architect role will involve creating winning technical solutions for existing and new customers. Help to produce Solutions across using multiple technology disciplines across multiple projects. These Disciplines include: CCTV, PAVA, Traffic Signals, Analogue and Digital Telephony, Networks and Security, Infrastructure and Cloud Compute, Radio & Wireless and Control Applications. This is a Hybrid role that will require travel to Warwick as the project evolves and when the project requires.
What you’ll do:
- Lead customer facing Technical Solution Design Groups to deliver and support new solutions for business transition, transformation, and business as usual activities
- Drive scoping and requirements workshops with customers and stakeholders using ELM (DORS) to manage requirements
- Manage 3rd party suppliers including technical liaison, technical compliance, inter-dependencies between suppliers, testing, scoping of support contracts and transfer into operations
- Lead on technical workshops and produce high-end documentation of solutions and services.
- Coordinate, manage and validate the Bill of Materials for the overall design solution
- Create, manage and validate the technical requirements documentation based on customer specifications and requirements
- Produce technical roadmaps to fulfil technical goals and long-term planning to mitigate obsolescence.
Who you are:
The Solution Architect must have extensive experience in design, deployment, and support of new solutions. Have experience of delivering high/low level designs, generate Bill of Materials, support testing and migration activities. A good working knowledge of CDM designer role is required to deliver safety by design solutions

- Excellent financial and commercial awareness
- End to end responsibility for the specification, design, configuration and deployment of the solution, including all documentation, statements of work, handbooks, user guides, training and successful transfer into operations
- Ensure that the solution includes the requirements of other in scope deliverable areas and that the solution is fully integrated with the other deliverable areas
- Full UK Driving Licence
