    Where you’ll be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

    What you'll be doing?
  • You'll be monitoring the customer inbox, ensuring all queries are directed to the appropriate supervisors and that details and outcomes are accurately logged and tracked.

  • You'll be registering all excavation patches on Street Manager for works carried out on LPR, ensuring records are maintained and kept up to date.

  • You'll be managing the tracking, printing, and distribution of customer correspondence, including Letter 1s, Letter 2s, and shut letters, ensuring all communications are issued within required timescales.

  • You'll be monitoring incoming defects, tracking progress, and liaising with subcontractors to ensure remedial works are planned and completed efficiently.

  • You'll be overseeing incoming site inspections, ensuring any failed inspections are actioned immediately and that corrective measures are coordinated promptly.
