Where will you be working?
Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?
- Process subcontractor payments and maintain associated records.
- Maintaining records to support in recovery of cost(s)
- Client interaction and regular site visits
- Management of subcontract accounts through to final account
- Liaison with operational teams as required
- Interface with project buying & procurement
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a commercial, quantity surveying, or project administration role within construction, maintenance, utilities, civils, or infrastructure.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word (Essential) & Oracle (Desirable)
