MEICA and capital maintenance - Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
What will you be doing?
Senior Supervisor - (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
- Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.
What we will need from you:
- Trained or qualified as an apprentice or to an equivalent NVQ level 3 in one of the following fields: Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation.
- Strong safety and quality driven mind set and collaborative teamwork approach.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
