    Where will you be working? 

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing? 

    Make an Impact as a Capacity Planning Analyst, You’ll help us plan the right number of people to meet our targets. You’ll look at what we need, what we have, and what’s possible. Your work will keep our residential installation contracts running smoothly. You’ll use real data to guide smart decisions and help us stay efficient.

    You’ll think about skills, availability, holidays, sickness, and success rates. You’ll spot gaps and help us fill them. You’ll work closely with teams and clients to make sure we meet demand without wasting time or money.

    You’ll share your findings with senior leaders and suggest ways to improve. You’ll always be looking for better ways to plan and work. Your ideas will help us grow and stay ahead

    What you’ll bring 

    You bring strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of forecasting and workforce planning. Your experience with data tools and reporting systems helps you turn complex information into clear insights. You’re confident working with stakeholders, managing priorities, and adapting to change. Your proactive mindset and problem-solving approach ensure you stay ahead of demand and support operational success.
