    Where will you be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team.  We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

    What will you be doing? 
     
    You'll be making and answering inbound and outbound calls from Non Household Metering (NHHM) customers. 
     
    You'll need to complete notification forms to be sent out to retailers and book in customer appointments with specific requirements such as (school, need to be booked during half term).
     
    We'll need you to communication with the NHHM case handler team to ensure that all appointments are booked geographically and to ensure that the service carried out is as smooth as possible for the customer. 
     
    What you’ll bring 
    • Do you have great attention to detail?
    • Are you someone who is great at problem solving and can work well under pressure? If so we want to hear from you!
    • Do you have strong communication skills and can has analytical capability?
    • Are you someone who has proven IT skills using packages such as Microsoft Office?
