    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.  

    We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. 

    This role will be within our Metering team, you’ll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.  

    Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.

    What will you be doing?  

    Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for ensuring excellent service delivery? We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contracts, ensuring all obligations are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Do you thrive on building positive relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services? As the initial escalation point for customer issues, you'll collaborate with the Head of Customer and Operational teams to deliver superior service. Are you skilled in performance evaluations and data analysis? You'll conduct regular assessments, generate reports, and implement improvements. Ready to anticipate and mitigate risks while staying ahead of industry changes? Join us to reinforce our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
     
    Please note that although this role is remote working there will be regular occasions where you will be required to travel to the Newcastle Office for meetings.
     

    What you’ll bring  

    • Valid UK driving licence  - You must have held your licence for 1 year and have less that 6 points
    • Proven track record of leading in customer-focused environments, cultivating effective relationships with clients and managing commercial contracts

    • Able to demonstrate a keen understanding of customer need and preferences, contributing to high levels of client satisfaction

    • Effective team player with demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to delivering results

    • An understanding of contract law and legal frameworks to ensure compliance would be an advantage
