We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
Responsible for delivery of high quality radio design solutions across a number of different Clients and Vendors.
Carrying out visits to site, producing site survey reports (SSR’s), interpreting customer mechanical and electrical requirements to create a detailed Design pack and Scope of Work (SOW)
Responsible for ensuring that all elements are captured in the design (BTS equipment position, cable management, antenna and dish locations/relocation, structural configuration/rigging, earthing, safety signage and systems, power supply AC/DC, lighting protection, internal room/cabin layouts, tower design and layouts, civil works and general health and safety complying with the relevant governing body’s) Responsible for producing GA drawings to obtain Planning consent
Responsible for producing Detailed Design drawings that are cost effective and can be used to produce the BOM to build the site.
Provide technical advice and guidance as required to the customer, liaise directly with Customers Delivery team in order to ensure Designs are approved by Clients Radio and Transmission teams
Responsible for evaluating the individual sites requirements in order to overcome complex issues relating to the design
Provides technical expertise and guidance, training and mentoring of junior staff by overseeing and checking their work.
Produce documentation such as survey reports, risk assessments and other CDM documentation, CAD briefs and detail design packs for the business
What you'll bring?
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a lead role of wireless base station design work with a proven track record evidenced by references.
Experienced in interpreting Clients requirements (Nomination/RDS) for design or upgrades to base stations
Familiarity with all major UK wireless network operator site types
Has a good understanding of equipment technical specifications across all major vendors (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, NEC and SIEA)
Has a good understand of ICNIRP requirements as well as up to date with the latest Health and Safety guidelines to designing base stations.
Ideally be familiar with the structural issues associated with telecoms base station upgrades
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google packages (maps, earth) and Outlook
