    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    Join our team at MGroup Telecoms as a Streetworks Supervisor. You will lead our Streetworks projects, ensuring they run smoothly and safely. Your role involves managing teams, coordinating with local authorities, and making sure all work meets regulations. You will handle daily operations, solve problems on the spot, and keep projects on track.

    We need someone with experience in Streetworks, strong leadership skills, and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with our project managers and field teams. Your goal is to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

    What you’ll bring

    You will drive performance by meeting client KPIs and SLAs using SMART objectives. You will ensure all sites comply with NRSWA regulations. You will coach, train, and manage suppliers to enhance their knowledge and performance in NRSWA and safety. You will inspect sites, complete audits, and address any issues. You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, internal teams, and local authorities. You will ensure all Streetworks activities comply with permits, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
