Home Decarbonisation - We’re working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.
This is a hybrid role and you will need to be located near to either our Sutton or Aylesbury offices.

What will you be doing?
We're looking for an Applications Team Manager to be based in our Sutton office, to oversee our high-volume application process, ensuring customers receive the energy-saving support they need. Leading a team of skilled administrators, you'll ensure smooth operations, accuracy, and efficiency in handling applications, eligibility checks, and customer interactions.You’ll also play a key role in process improvement, training, and quality assurance while supporting the wider team. If you have great problem solving skills and want to drive positive change in energy efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll bring
- Experience in working in a customer facing role involving in-home installation activities, job scheduling or workforce management
- Line management experience
- Knowledge of the energy efficiency measures and the benefits system
- Strong commercial acumen
- Analytical skills including advanced use of spreadsheets
