This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What will you be doing?
Join a dynamic MEICA business on its exciting growth journey, supporting bids for medium to large-scale projects (£1m–£230m) across diverse sectors like pharma, nuclear, and infrastructure.
You’ll lead contract reviews, shape cashflow forecasts, build fee models, and craft margin strategies.
Collaborate with commercial leads and key teams to ensure smooth handovers and smart governance.
You will track bid outcomes, share insights, and present strategies with confidence.
While primarily focused on bidding, you may also support live projects when needed.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this individual contributor role is all about driving sustainable success with purpose and precision.
What you’ll bring:
- Insight or experience in the nuclear industry is a lovely plus
