    At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations.     This role will join BES -  specialists, providing a fully-integrated service to clients within the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors. Using our expertise to create cutting-edge cleanrooms, laboratories and other sophisticated environments. Combining design, digital innovation and construction capabilities to provide a complete multidisciplinary offering. From process engineering to structural and civil, architectural, mechanical/HVAC and electrical services. 

    What will you be doing? 
     
    We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from design through to handover.
     
    You’ll take ownership of design coordination, safety planning, and quality assurance—ensuring everything meets high standards.
     
    You’ll manage procurement schedules, allocate resources, and keep programmes on track. As the main point of contact for clients, you’ll build strong relationships and ensure smooth communication across teams.
     
    Based primarily in the office, you’ll also attend progress meetings and support site teams. 
     
    What you’ll bring 
     
    • HNC or higher in Building Services or Building Studies
    • IOSH Managing Safely trained
    • Proven experience managing turnkey projects (construction, HVAC, M&E)
    • Preferably experienced in pharma and healthcare builds, especially labs and cleanrooms
    • Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures
    • Fully up to speed with CDM regulations and senior-level principal contractor duties
    • Great communicator with a customer-first mindset
