Where will you be working?
At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will join BES - which provides a fully-integrated service to clients within the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors, using our expertise to develop bespoke solutions to meet each client’s project-specific requirements. We combine design, digital innovation and construction capabilities to provide a complete multidisciplinary offering, including process engineering, structural and civil, architectural, mechanical/HVAC and electrical services.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely delivery of construction projects
You will develop detailed construction programmes using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
You'll lead and facilitate Plan-Do-Review (PDR) meetings to drive project performance, ensure accountability, and promote continuous improvement. Supporting with tender planning and bid submissions with programme input.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a planning role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and methodologies.
- Experience with NEC, JCT, or other standard forms of contract (desirable).
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
