BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What will you be doing?
You will support the Project Manager or Project Engineer with day‑to‑day tasks and help keep project documents organised and current.
You will attend meetings, take notes, record actions, and help track progress on site.
You will join site visits, assist with setup, coordination, and supervised electrical or panel work.
You will keep work areas tidy and safe, follow all site and company safety rules, and raise any concerns.
With guidance, you will prepare basic documents like RAMS and permits.
You will learn how BGEN delivers electrical and instrumentation projects while building your understanding of drawings, planning, coordination, and reporting.
What you'll bring:
- A positive willingness to learn and grow
- Clear, confident communication skills
- An organised and reliable approach to work
- Comfort working in both office environments and active construction sites
- CSCS or ECS card, or willingness to obtain one
- SMSTS or SSSTS, or willingness to work toward it
- Full UK driving licence
