  • Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a  friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team.  We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

Want to be a part of it?

    What will you be doing?

You'll utilise internal systems (e.g., Field Service Lightning/Salesforce, Temetra, GeoHub) and external platforms (e.g., Street Manager, One Network, SNMS, Line Search, StarGo) to manage planning tasks.

We'll need you to maintain a thorough understanding of the NRSWA and TMA to ensure compliant permitting of all works, possessing practical knowledge of their key sections (58, 61, 73, 74) and Red Book requirements.

You'll monitor and respond to permit updates, including PMRs & AIVs, and manage the coordination of third parties such as those required for parking and bus stop suspensions, road closures, and temporary traffic regulation orders.

You'll review and assess traffic management drawings and requirements, including parking bay suspensions, lane rental, bus stop switch-outs, and TTROs.

You'll provide clear, accurate information to teams, supervisors, and operatives. Address planning queries promptly and always maintain excellent verbal and written communication.

You'll deliver allocated tasks to meet productivity targets. Plan up to 6 weeks ahead to maximise efficiency and maintain effective Work in Progress (WIP) oversight.
