What will you be doing?
In this hybrid role based in Diseworth, you’ll play a key part in keeping our delivery engine running smoothly. You’ll get under the skin of each project to make sure every HOP is right first time and ready for client approval. You’ll stay on top of SLAs, escalating anything that’s drifting so we can keep projects moving. We’ll rely on you to schedule HOPs in line with the wider programme, keep Site Tracker fully updated with the latest document statuses and dependencies, and make sure all internal and external stakeholders have supplied the right information on time. You’ll create clear, insightful milestone and progress reports—both scheduled and ad‑hoc—while keeping customer trackers and databases fully up to date. You’ll also provide essential data for subcontractor meetings and team briefings, and support the delivery teams with a variety of administrative tasks, from stats and REC power ordering to RAMS and HOPs. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be right at the heart of helping us deliver brilliantly.
What you'll bring?
You’ll bring a proven track record in delivering projects and the confidence to communicate and present at senior level. With experience working across a range of Telco vendors, you’ll be comfortable navigating fast‑moving technical environments. You’ll have strong IT and database skills—whether that’s MS Office, Project, Excel or Access—and you’ll know how to prioritise your workload to hit deadlines without losing sight of great customer service. You’ll be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships across internal teams and external partners. We’ll count on you to work just as effectively on your own as you do within a team, keeping multiple tasks on track with strong organisation and a proactive mindset. You’ll stay adaptable when priorities shift, take the lead in driving process improvements, and bring genuine enthusiasm and motivation to everything you do. Technical experience in IT or telecoms would be a real advantage, but above all, you’ll approach change positively and be ready to help us deliver exceptional results.
