At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom
networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private
and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets
and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running
smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep
everything in top shape.

will be tied to a local M Group office, with occasional travel to Warwick for
meetings.
What will you be doing?
Your role will be to serve as the central point of contact
for all design documentation related to the program. Your responsibilities
will include ensuring timely completion, accurate referencing, and efficient
storage and retrieval of electronic files. This is remote position with
occasional visits to the client in Warwick or our Coventry office
What will your key responsibilities be?
The Technical Document Controller / Project Co-Ordinator will work closely with the
PMO / Project delivery teams to ensure all programme documentation meets
required quality levels and document delivery timescales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create templates and manage the document repository. Produce technical documentation from supplied information, manage documentation requests and cadence, and oversee the document control process. Facilitate document review, maintenance, and distribution by requirement level. Prepare reports as required and support the team with project coordination tasks.
What competencies are we looking for?
Proven experience in document control with strong presentation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project, confident contributing in meetings, and keen to learn and improve processes.
Desirable:
Strong knowledge of H&S regulations, including CDM (2015), with experience delivering services in the telecoms sector. Confident stakeholder manager able to influence at all levels, with strong project coordination skills.
