Within Procurement, you will work closely with the Project Manager or Principal Electrical Engineer to agree arrangements with service providers, produce procurement schedules, organise subcontractors to meet timescales and support negotiations to secure best‑value procurement.
For Site Matters, you will support the Site Manager by managing Duty Holder responsibilities, maintaining high standards of workmanship, ensuring high‑risk activities are controlled, overseeing day‑to‑day electrical installation, engaging with designers on queries, reviewing RAMS, contributing to programme assessments and assisting with commercial evaluations.
In terms of Quality, you will help ensure installations meet BES and Client expectations by coordinating disciplines, inspecting works, monitoring snags, interpreting drawings, managing technical submissions, communicating standards, promoting the BES Quality System, assessing buildability and carrying out testing checks in a Qualified Supervisor capacity.
