Committed to innovation and excellence in all we do, our specialist services encompass consultancy, design, construction, commissioning and validation

Our clients operate in highly regulated industries and therefore the service we offer must be professional at all times.

    What you'll be doing:

You will provide engineering support across a range of projects, focusing on Safety, Health and the Environment, Project Control, Procurement, Site Matters and Quality.

As a senior member of the team, you will often work closely with the Client, so a customer‑focused, calm and collaborative approach is essential for building strong working relationships.

Within Procurement, you will agree working arrangements with key service providers, produce procurement schedules, organise and manage subcontractors to meet project timescales, and negotiate best‑price procurement for suppliers and subcontractors.

For Site Matters, you will support the Site Manager by maintaining high standards of workmanship, attending site meetings with the client and site teams, preparing quality and safety plans, and contributing to risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments.

In terms of Quality, you will help ensure the installation meets the expectations of both BES and the Client by coordinating with all disciplines, inspecting ongoing works, monitoring snag completion, interpreting drawings accurately, communicating required standards to subcontractors and suppliers, promoting the BES Quality System, achieving zero formal customer complaints, and assessing buildability while offering proactive solutions.

    What you'll bring:
