Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?
As Delivery Manager, ideally based from either Diseworth or West Byfleet, you will take end-to-end responsibility for managing the mobile telecoms build team. You will ensure the team is appropriately resourced, highly skilled and continually developed to deliver a high volume of cell site upgrades at pace and to a consistently high standard across the UK, supporting a major programme of mobile network transformation.
You will lead performance improvement across build operations, driving a strong right‑first‑time culture while rigorously delivering efficiency and productivity improvements. This includes leading the ongoing development and optimisation of processes to support scalable, high-quality delivery.
A key part of the role will be ensuring that all build quality documentation is produced to the required standard and delivered within agreed SLAs. You will also be accountable for full compliance with health and safety standards across the build team, embedding a culture where health and safety is the highest priority in every aspect of programme delivery.
You will manage client relationships day to day, supporting the build team where client escalations arise and ensuring issues are resolved effectively and professionally. In addition, you will track, manage and report on supplier performance, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
What you'll bring?
You’ll bring strong technical and commercial awareness across Mobile Wireless Acquisition, Design and Construction, with proven hands‑on experience delivering telecoms sites from the ground up. We’ll rely on your practical understanding of the full build lifecycle to help drive high‑quality outcomes and informed decision‑making throughout the programme.
You’ll be a natural people leader who enjoys being out in the field, leading, coaching and developing teams to perform at their best. You’ll already have a solid working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, and we’ll look to you to confidently apply your training across both design and construction, always keeping quality, safety and compliance front of mind.
You’ll be comfortable prioritising a busy workload, staying calm under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines, while maintaining a strong customer‑focused mindset in fast‑moving, target‑driven environments. If you’re energetic, self‑motivated and approach change with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude, you’ll fit right in.
While not essential, we’ll see a degree in Civils, Engineering or Building as a bonus, along with membership of a relevant professional institution.
