    At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions 

    What you'll be doing: 
     
    You will bring calm, clarity and organisation to every day by keeping resources running smoothly and maintaining accurate records everyone can rely on.
     
    You will handle material purchasing with care, making sure teams always have what they need.
     
    You will ensure documents are shared and recorded properly so information flows effortlessly.
     
    You will also take thoughtful responsibility for plant and vehicle management, keeping equipment ready and dependable.
     
    Your work creates a supportive, well‑organised environment where people feel confident and looked after.

    What you'll bring:

    • Proficient in Office 365 supporting smooth, efficient workflows
    • Strong contract administration interpreting requirements with clarity
    • Excellent document control maintaining organised, accessible records
    • Effective communication building positive stakeholder relationships
    • High attention to detail ensuring documentation accuracy
    • Confident problem‑solving making thoughtful decisions
    • Construction process knowledge understanding sequencing and site operations
    • Strong time management prioritising tasks effectively
    • Health & safety awareness supporting compliant, safe practices
