You'll be working within a central support function that plays a vital role in the smooth running of the business. From supporting month-end financial activities and maintaining accurate costing information to coordinating workloads and resolving payroll queries, you'll help ensure processes are delivered efficiently while supporting excellent service levels across the team.

What will you be doing?
- Support month-end financial processes, including reconciliations and reporting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost information within internal systems, proactively investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Coordinate and prioritise workloads, allocating tasks effectively and monitoring progress against key deadlines and performance targets
- Provide support in the timely resolution of payroll queries, ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable experience in a similar office-based role, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills are essential
- Previous experience using costing, finance, or resource management systems would be advantageous
- A proactive and ambitious approach to personal development, with a desire to build a long-term career and progress within the business
