Developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
You’ll deliver excellent customer service through effective communication, handling enquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and empathetically. You’ll accurately capture customer data and uphold compliance and reporting standards. You’ll collaborate with managers, team leaders, and colleagues to maintain M Group Water’s service reputation, escalating issues when necessary. You’ll contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture and support process improvements by sharing insights and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring all activities align with company policies, procedures, and performance targets, supporting the efficient delivery of our customer commitments.
What you’ll bring
- It’s essential you’ll have proven experience working in a customer service environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are able to build rapport and work collaboratively?
- Have you got strong IT competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and high attention to detail in data handling?
- Are you someone who is accountable, self-motivated, and able to meet targets, with sound understanding of compliance and data protection?
- Do you have experience in utilities, regulated environments, or using CRM systems such as Salesforce? This is desirable.
