    • Provide leadership to operational teams, developing capability, succession plans and a high-performance culture.
    • Ensure resources, systems and delivery models support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
    • Monitor market trends and framework performance to identify emerging opportunities.
    • Champion safety, compliance, quality and customer excellence across all activities.

Success will be measured through revenue growth, framework expansion, opportunity conversion, operational performance, client retention and people development.

    What You'll Bring

    • Do you have senior leadership experience within the utilities, power, engineering, or infrastructure sectors, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, expanding frameworks, securing new business opportunities, and implementing business growth strategies?
    • Have you successfully led work-winning activities, client engagement, and strategic bids, while developing strong client relationships that drive repeat business and framework growth?
    • Do you possess strong commercial acumen, including experience managing revenue, margins, pricing, risk, and overall business performance, alongside a solid understanding of HV infrastructure, EV charging, GDN, asset management, reliability maintenance, capital maintenance services, and framework environments?
    • Are you experienced in leading multidisciplinary operational and commercial teams, driving organisational change, continuous improvement, governance, accountability, and cultural development, with the ability to coach high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels?
