Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
As a Site Agent within the water and waterwater capital project delivery team, you'll lead the safe and efficient delivery of wastewater infrastructure projects across the South East region of England. You'll manage site operations, subcontractors and direct labour teams, ensuring work is completed safely, within project parameters and within budget. Responsibilities include cost and value management, schedule control, site compliance, toolbox talks, internal audits, temporary works oversight and ensuring teams have the appropriate equipment, training and resources to deliver successful project outcomes. This is a SITE BASED role which will see you travel across Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex and crossing over into Kent - Full UK driving license required.
What you’ll bring
- Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline – Highly desirable
- Experience of delivering water or wastewater infrastructure projects and managing subcontractors and directly employed teams
- Full UK driving license (valid and indate)
- SSSTS qualification and/or CSCS Black Card
- Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH (or equivalent) and knowledge of Temporary Works requirements
- NRSWA Supervisor ticket
