    Where will you be working?

    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, our Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs, offering hire solutions that are commercially effective, reliable, safe and compliant.

    What will you be doing?

    The Fleet Solutions Administrator plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on getting things done—whether it’s supporting drivers, managing key administrative tasks, or working closely with MGSPFS’ trusted suppliers.

    From coordinating the delivery of new company vehicles to overseeing the de-fleet process, arranging short- and medium-term hires, and ensuring the fleet is used to its fullest potential, every day brings a new challenge. Accuracy and efficiency are at the heart of the role, as you'll be maintaining fleet and hire systems, conducting driving licence checks, and handling a variety of fleet-related needs across the M Group family of companies.

    What you’ll bring

    • Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies regarding fleet.
    • Purchase order creation experience
    • Professional, sincere and friendly. Ability to handle confidential situations discreetly.
    • Experience delivering excellent customer service
    • Great organisation & ability to multi task
    • Confident in managing large amounts of data and have strong Excel skills.
    • Numerically confident capable of consistently inputting data to a high accuracy.
    • Previous exposure working with a large sized Fleet would be preferable
