    Where will you be working?

    M Group Telecom

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    We’re looking for a SHEQ Advisor to join our team. You’ll help us keep our people safe, protect the environment, and make sure we work to the highest standards.

    You’ll work with teams across our telecoms business. Your job is to spot risks before they become problems. You’ll support managers, coach teams, and check that our work is safe and legal.

    You must have a NEBOSH qualification. You should care about doing things the right way and be confident talking to people at all levels.

    We want someone who’s hands-on. Someone who can get out on-site and make a difference. You’ll write reports, share good practice, and help solve problems.

    We’ll give you the tools and support to grow. In return, we ask for energy, focus, and a real drive to improve things.

Your expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance will be crucial. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your dedication to continuous improvement and your ability to adapt to changing regulations will ensure the highest standards are maintained.
