    Where will you be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our developer services- our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

    What will you be doing? 
    • Responsible for Planning and Co-ordinating Repair & Maintenance Tasks in line with Contractual KPIs
    • Liaise with Planning, Operations and the Client to support co-ordination with our local Highways Authorities 
    • Complete administration tasks to support the Planning function with maintaining compliance
    • Deal with Customer enquiries and complaints ensuring they are dealt with in a positive and helpful manner
    • Responsible for creating a productive plan while maintaining contractual SLAs

    What you’ll bring

    • Administration experience
    • Comprehensive IT capabilities including the use of MS Office programmes
    • Knowledge of NRSWA
    • Experience in the use of SAP Production
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
