Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and keeping things organised. This role is based in our Leyland office and supports our telecoms projects. You will help make sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
You will speak with teams, clients and councils. You will help plan work and check that tasks are done on time. You will keep records up to date and help solve problems when they come up. You will also help with reports and make sure everyone has the right information.
You need a strong background in Telecoms and Utilities. You do need to be good at working with people and staying calm when things get busy. You should be able to use a computer and write clearly. If you have worked in an office before, that will help.
This is a full-time role. You will work from our Leyland office. You will be part of a friendly team. We will give you training and support to help you settle in and grow.

What you’ll bring?
You understand how to keep things organised and how to support others in getting things done. You are comfortable working with different teams and know how to follow a process from start to finish. You can manage your time well and stay focused when things get busy. You know how to spot problems early and help find simple ways to fix them.
You are used to working with computers and can update records without mistakes. You can write clearly and share updates that others can understand. You are happy to speak with people in person, on the phone or by email. You know how to listen and how to explain things in a calm and clear way.
You may have worked in an office before or helped with planning and coordination. You may have supported projects or worked with teams who are out on site. You may have helped with reports or kept track of tasks. You may have worked with clients or councils and helped make sure work was done on time.
You do not need to know everything about telecoms. You do need to be willing to learn and ready to help. You bring a steady approach and a clear way of working. You care about doing things well and making sure others have what they need.
